Fullstack Job: Full Stack Software Developer

Atalan Tech, an early-stage start-up with a mission to provide a better and more sustainable solution for physician and nurse burnout and turnover, is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team! As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable software solutions for our clients in the healthcare industry in order to reduce physician and nurse burnout and turnover. Based on your experience and performance, your role can take on leadership of the application development team.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of software development experience
• Some experience with web frontend and backend technologies
• Proficient in Python (Django or Flask), ReactJS, Bootstrap, AngularJS
• Strong experience in using Docker and containerization
• Worked with test-driven development and CI/CD (Jenkins or equivalent)
• Have experience developing scalable web applications
• Strong problem-solving/critical thinking skills
• Strong understanding of or experience with client-facing work
• Some experience with and a strong preference for working in a team environment
• Ability to adapt and iterate quickly

Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing and implementing software applications
• Developing software components and unit tests
• Deploying software to production
• Implementing new features based on business requirements
• Developing and maintaining quality software product code
• Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading software
• Writing technical documentation
